Depending on the product, you can choose from:

• Unstitched Blouse — Blouse fabric only, not stitched.
• Standard Blouse — Ready stitched in your selected standard size, such as S, M, L or XL.
• Custom Stitching — Professionally stitched according to the measurements and specifications provided by you.

Custom Stitching – How It Works

Select Custom Stitching while placing your order. You can provide your measurements either during checkout or after placing your order.

Provide Measurements After Ordering

After completing your order, contact our MurliMart WhatsApp Helpline and send us your order number.

You can then share:

• Your body measurements
• Preferred fitting and style
• Blouse/design specifications
• Sleeve style and length
• Neck design/preferences
• Reference photos, if required
• Any other special stitching instructions

Not sure which measurements to provide? Contact us via WhatsApp. Our team can guide you through the required measurements and provide important information before stitching begins.

Measurement Confirmation

Custom stitching will begin only after we have received the required measurements and stitching details. Please provide accurate information and carefully review your measurements.

Processing & Delivery Time

Custom stitching requires additional processing time. The estimated processing and delivery time may vary depending on the design and requirements.

Changes After Confirmation

Once custom stitching has started, changes to measurements, design, or other specifications may no longer be possible.

Custom-Stitched Returns

Custom-stitched products are made specifically according to your measurements and specifications. Therefore, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products in accordance with § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB.

This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or does not conform to the agreed customization.

Shipping Details

Germany-Wide Delivery

We deliver clothing products across Germany using our trusted shipping partners.

Standard Clothing Orders

Delivery times depend on product availability and destination. The estimated delivery time will be displayed on the product page or during checkout.

Custom-Stitched Orders

Custom stitching requires additional processing time. Stitching begins after we have received and confirmed all required measurements and specifications.

Customers can provide measurements during the order process or after placing the order via our WhatsApp Helpline. Please provide your order number when contacting us.

Shipping Updates

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive the available shipping or
tracking information.

Returns & Refunds

Unstitched & Standard Clothing

Eligible non-personalized clothing may be returned within the statutory withdrawal period, where applicable.

Returned items should be unused, unworn, and with original tags attached. Please return the product in its original packaging where reasonably possible.

Custom-Stitched Clothing

Custom-stitched products are made specifically according to the customer's individual measurements and specifications. Therefore, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products in accordance with § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB.

Once custom stitching has started, cancellation or changes to measurements, design, or
specifications may no longer be possible.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, incorrectly supplied, or does not conform to the agreed customization, please contact MurliMart Customer Support as soon as possible.

Please provide your order number and clear photos of the item so we can review the issue and, where applicable, arrange an appropriate remedy, replacement, or refund.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights under applicable German and EU law.
