Order Confirmation

  • Once your order is confirmed, it will be shipped within 1-2 working days.
  • You will receive a shipment confirmation via email from support@murlimart.com, once it is completed.


Order Live Tracking

Your shipment will be done through PPL / DHL / Austrian Post / GLS based on your location.

Delivery Concerns

If you face any problems with a delivery, please contact at support@murlimart.com

It is important for you to ensure self-availability to receive the order at the time of delivery.

 

Reasons for delivery failures:

  • You provided the wrong phone number or address for delivery
  • There is a mistake in the address for delivery that was provided
  • The address for delivery is not reasonably accessible
  • The address for delivery cannot safely be accessed
  • There is no easy and secure means of leaving the products at the address for delivery and there is no person available to accept delivery
  • Unavailability of the person at the address for delivery to accept delivery (if signature is mandatory).

Note: Re-delivery will be chargeable in the above mentioned cases.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

murlimart.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages

murlimart.com takes care of any damages or lost items during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us at support@murlimart.com.

Follow these steps to report the same:

  • 1. Take pictures of the damaged items.
  • 2. Send us an email to support@murlimart.com, with your order no and pictures of the damaged items.

Free Delivery and Weight Restrictions

  1.  We provide free delivery across the EU based on the location, cart value, and weight of the package.
  2. If your order is updated (due to any of the reasons mentioned below) and the order value drops below the free shipping threshold, the shipping charges will be applicable to the order. You may add more items to the order to avail free shipping and have a right to cancel the order. Your order may be updated due to the following reasons: Item is out of stock / Item is past best before date / Item is no longer required by the customer.
  3. All orders have a weight restriction of 28 kgs per parcel. If the order weight is over 28kgs, then the normal shipping cost will apply for every additional parcel. Per order, only one parcel will be free.

 

Example Free Delivery Policy For Germany

We offer free delivery based on your spending and order weight. Here's how it works:

  1. For every €39 spent, you receive one free shipping allowance of 28kg.If you spend €78, you receive two free shipping allowances (2x28Kg = 56kg).
  2. Orders below €39:Shipping charges apply, as the minimum spend for free delivery is €39.
  3. Orders above €39:The system calculates the total weight of your order:If the weight is less than or equal to 28kg (or the corresponding free allowance based on your spend), you qualify for free shipping.If the weight exceeds your free shipping allowance, standard shipping charges will apply for the additional weight.
