Ingolstadt Local Delivery

Same-day delivery is available in Ingolstadt for eligible grocery orders placed before 3:00 PM. Orders placed after 3:00 PM may be delivered on the next available delivery day.

Germany-Wide Shipping

We deliver groceries across Germany using our trusted shipping partners. Standard delivery
normally takes 2–4 business days after dispatch.

Free Shipping

Enjoy free standard shipping within Germany on orders of €39 or more. Additional charges may apply to heavy, bulky, chilled, frozen, or special-delivery products.

Order Processing

All grocery orders are carefully prepared and packed before dispatch. Shipping or delivery
information will be provided once your order has been processed.

Returns & Refunds

Food & Grocery Products

For food-safety and hygiene reasons, opened, used, or unsealed grocery products generally
cannot be returned.

Damaged, Incorrect or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact
MurliMart Customer Support as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

We will review the issue and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or refund.
