Priya - 200g Madras Curry Powder

Madras Curry Powder is a bold and aromatic Indian spice blend inspired by the flavors of South Indian cuisine. Priya recommended recipe:
a) take 500 g of cut vegetables, required salt and 2–3 tbsp of priya madras curry powder. mix well and keep aside for 15 minutes.
b) fry 2 chopped onions and green chillies in edible oil till crisp. add 3–4 tbsp butter/ghee.
c) mix the contents of (a) with (b) and add a little quantity of water / coconut milk. continue cooking on low flame till the pieces are cooked. serve hot.
optional: for better taste add few coriander leaves and mint leaves.
