preparation: take 2 litre warm water and add 2g asafoetida (hing), 12g salt and 25g sugar, then stir.
Now soak bhalla balls in this water for 15 minutes.
squeeze gently to remove water and place in a bowl or plate.
add yogurt (not in this pack), sweet sauce and mint sauce as per taste.
sprinkle masala mix on top and enjoy.
