preparation: mix dahi vada instant mix in 585 ml of water. stir gently to make a smooth paste and keep aside for 15 minutes. take oil in a frying pan and place it on medium heat, fry the vada till it turns golden brown. drain the excess oil and allow to cool on an absorbent paper for 10–12 minutes. soak in water for 10–15 minutes and press each vada gently in the beaten curd for 10 minutes. garnish and serve with green chutney and gm foods meethi sonth.
