Dosa Mix is a ready-to-use flour blend made to prepare traditional South Indian dosa, a thin and crispy fermented-style pancake. preparation: add 1 cup (measure) of the mixture to one cup of water and half cup of sour curd and mix well. keep aside for 5 minutes. apply ½ tbsp oil on a pan on medium flame. spread evenly. rub them gently with a damp cloth. spread a few drops of water on the hot pan and rub the pan with a cloth. spread a sufficient amount of the batter on the hot pan on medium flame. pour 1 tbsp oil on the edges. heat till golden brown. serve hot. *rub the pan gently with a damp cloth to cool the pan.
