preparation: remove products from container. thaw products in microwave oven on high setting for 60 to 90 seconds.
1) stovetop: pre-heat pan and cook with little butter on medium heat for about 2 minutes by moving with gentle pressure. turn it over and repeat process until surface becomes soft.
2) oven: pre-heat oven to 200°c. heat product for 2 to 3 minutes.
