Heat & Eat

1 - STEAM: 

preheat the steamer. heat the momos for 7 minutes. 

2 - PAN FRY:

preheat the pan fry at 356° f / 180° c. heat one tablespoon of oil on a non-stick pan, place momos and sear for 2 minutes. add 2 tablespoons of water and cover. cook covered for 2 minutes. once the water has evaporated, crisp up base & serve.
